As a
Service Advisor , you’re one of the most important team members at
Norm Reeves Hyundai/Genesis of Irving . You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with our Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You’ll Do
Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
Offer solutions and added services to guests
Must be fluent in Spanish
Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
Process monetary transactions
What You’ll Need
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Creative, positive, team player attitude
Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
