Assistant Event Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help bring our events to life. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and oversight of various events ranging from corporate functions to exciting social gatherings. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion. Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations. Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, and accommodations. Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage. Assist in the on-site management of events to ensure smooth operations. Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
