Base Pay Range:
$100,000 – $130,000 per year

About the Company:
National ENR‑ranked general contractor with a growing presence in Florida. We build multi‑family projects—including wood‑frame, podium, and concrete multi‑story high‑rises—while focusing on people and client experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee multi‑family construction projects, manage field teams, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with subcontractors, report progress to project managers, and maintain construction schedules.
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction field superintendent experience
Extensive ground‑up multi‑family project experience in Florida
Strong knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations
