Conduct in-person tours with prospective residents and update the tour calendar. Build rapport with residents, address concerns, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to move-in. Utilize property management software and digital marketing tools to track leads and maintain accurate records. Plan resident events and community outreach to foster engagement and satisfaction. Resolve resident concerns, from maintenance issues to service inquiries, in a solution‑oriented manner. Requirements
High School diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Effective written, phone, and computer communication skills. Proficiency with computer software and iPad usage. Pass a criminal background screening prior to employment. Valid driver’s license and up‑to‑date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation required. Completion of the Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment if minimum qualifications are met during resume screening. Benefits
