Parts Counter Person- Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood
Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood, 381 Providence Hwy, Norwood, MA 02062
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is a customer‑facing sales and service role that requires strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent service. If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers
Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts
Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays
Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous parts experience a plus, but not required
Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry
A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
