About the Position:
In this entry-level telephonic-based role, you will leverage our established sales processes to connect with healthcare professionals across the country, driving patient referrals and broadening our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement a targeted call strategy to maximize engagement with healthcare providers.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with medical professionals across the country.
Maintain accurate healthcare provider profiles and deliver reports to leadership promptly and accurately.
Provide crucial market insights to inform and drive strategic decisions.
Actively promote our specialized services to increase patient referrals.
Ensure prompt and effective follow-up to meet healthcare provider needs.
Strict adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Outstanding telephonic communication skills to engage effectively with healthcare providers, delivering service excellence and fostering strong relationships.
Strategic thinking with a commitment to driving business growth through increased patient referrals.
Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
High resilience and urgency, coupled with impeccable professional conduct.
Strong autonomous work capabilities with excellent self-management skills.
Education:
An undergraduate degree in Communication, Business, Science, or Liberal Arts is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
