Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager - Tampa, FL
Join NavSav Insurance as a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with client services and retention within one of our local offices. NavSav is a rapidly growing independent agency with over 75+ locations across the United States and access to 150+ carriers, ensuring higher retention and customer satisfaction.

About The Role We are hyper focused on GROWTH and RETENTION. It is crucial to retain loyal clients as well as bring in new ones. We need a committed account manager to bring high energy and motivation to meet goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, and process any needed policy changes
Provide policy reviews as appropriate and remarket policy renewals as needed for clients
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following our set retention processes
