Account Manager
City Wide Facility Solutions offers a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary and commission structure, OTE of $100k+.
Pay Range $50,000 – $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Serve as the focal point of contact for clients to ensure work meets quality standards.
Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships to uncover add-on sales opportunities.
Represent the client voice to contractors and crew members to exceed expectations.
Lead execution of company policies and client service level procedures.
Qualifications
3+ years of client retention experience.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable.
Detail-oriented, excellent follow-through, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to client locations.
Flexible, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Previous service industry experience preferred.
Preferred
3+ years sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree.
