Overview
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. As an Inbound Reservations Agent, you will provide exceptional service to owners by booking vacations, answering travel inquiries, and consulting on our timeshare products and travel club benefits.
Location & Work From Home This is a work‑from‑home position for candidates residing in the state of Nevada. Candidates outside Nevada will not be considered for this position.
Training & Schedule
Training schedule (4 weeks): 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PST
Initial schedule after training: Monday‑Friday 10:30 am – 7:00 pm PST; Saturday‑Sunday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Make reservations for owners.
Demonstrate strong closing skills, influence, and urgency with live inventory.
Troubleshoot reservation issues and assist owners with changing or canceling reservations.
Ask discovery questions to learn owners’ vacation preferences.
Become an expert on our resorts, amenities, and destinations.
Check resort availability and suggest alternative dates or accommodations.
Confirm reservation details, ensuring accuracy and explaining policies.
Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection.
Assist with additional travel planning.
Answer questions about the vacation club product and its usage.
Requirements
Passion for travel and hospitality.
Good listening and conversational skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Six months of customer service or sales experience.
Basic computer skills.
A high school diploma or GED.
