Packaging Associate – Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
Do you have experience working in manufacturing, packing products off conveyor lines, mechanical aptitude, working with plastic molding? If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
As a Packer Inspector, you will support the operation team by working safely in a fast‑paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.
Responsibilities
Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape …)
Keep station clean at all times
Follow safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential
Ability to follow standard work instructions is required
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate. Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demand / Effort
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves
Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
