Senior Coordinator, Growth Engagement & Inclusion
We're seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our Growth Engagement & Inclusion team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on programming that nurtures diversity, equity, inclusion, and growth initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Adept at strategic project coordination and planning.
Data‑driven decision‑making.
Proficient in relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Creative problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 4 (four) years experience in event/project management, program development, and/or employee belonging, growth & engagement activations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background in sports, entertainment, or large‑scale event management preferred. Experience building relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
Effective public speaking to diverse audiences.
Spanish speaking and writing a plus, not required.
Strong quantitative skills: calculate figures, percentages, geometry concepts.
Problem‑solving in non‑standardized situations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project‑management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
