About the Role
Join a growing tax firm as a tax resolution case manager. We are a full‑service tax firm focused on solving tax problems for individuals and small business owners.
Salary : $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
Location : Encino office – a daily in‑office presence is required.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, review, and verify client documents and financial information.
Manage a portfolio of financial cases, ensuring efficient and effective handling.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with Tax Professionals to meet client needs and develop case strategies.
Develop, implement, and monitor case management plans.
Document all case information accurately, maintaining confidentiality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.
Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a case management role within a law or tax firm.
Proven experience in customer service with strong client‑issue resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and sound decision‑making capabilities.
Team player who collaborates effectively with others.
Excellent time‑management skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and case‑management software.
