Position Overview Bradford Construction

currently has an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to support a contract consisting of multiple ongoing projects with one of our public agency clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a diverse range of technical, professional, and managerial staff—as well as designers, consultants, and contractors—to coordinate and develop comprehensive cost estimates.

Participate in joint scope meetings and assist project management.

Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on joint scope meeting and relevant documents.

Review and analyze cost estimates submitted by contractors, providing recommendations on their suitability for implementation.

Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting efforts.

Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience.

Experience with public agencies is preferred.

Experience with Job Order Contracts or a similar construction delivery method is preferred.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; minimum of an Associate’s degree is required. #LI-Onsite

$90,000 - $110,000 USD
