Golf Cart and Equipment Set Up Technician
We are currently seeking a Golf Cart and Equipment Set Up Technician at our Snohomish branch. This is a full‑time position that offers a chance for a mechanically inclined individual to build a career outside of the standard automotive industry. The role involves small engine repair, electrical diagnosis, accessory installation and design, and equipment assembly.
Responsibilities
Assemble new golf carts for stock/fleet/retail sales and install requested accessories.
Perform complete inspection and refurbishment of pre‑owned golf carts, including replacement of cowl/body/roof, installation of accessories, and custom wheels/tires.
Clean and detail units prior to sale.
Perform thorough pre‑delivery inspections to ensure quality.
Setup golf cars and turf equipment.
Diagnose and repair all makes and models of golf cars.
Write accurate service reports reflecting work performed and parts used.
Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition.
Maintain general housekeeping duties in the shop and on property.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure consistent workflow.
Support safety policies.
Read, write and communicate with co‑workers and managers.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of applicable experience in vehicle accessory installation, equipment set‑up, mechanics, technician roles, or maintenance. Golf industry experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic tools.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely during a shift; heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, twisting, and pulling expected daily.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be insurable.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: Day shift, Monday – Friday.
