SENIOR - PANEL ASSEMBLY ELECTRICIAN
(full-time, hourly, $23/hr+)
ASIC Corporation, a West Chester, Ohio based motion control distributor & systems integration firm, is now accepting resumes for experienced Panel Assembly Electricians. We are a growing company offering career opportunities for candidates looking to gain experience in many diverse industries and a multitude of industrial processes including automotive, power, consumer goods, medical, military, paper and steel, just to name a few.
Minimum Qualifications
High school education or equivalent
3-5 years related assembly or electrical trade experience
Must be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints, production/assembly instructions, parts lists, verbal instruction and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble electrical systems by installing components, subassemblies, and wiring to UL 508A standards.
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
Perform any assembly-type functions, using hand, power tools, equipment and testing instrumentation.
Record production data such as labor time and quantities using ERP system.
Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, and work stations on a daily basis.
Preferred Technical Experience
Field experience with commissioning, wiring and starting up electrical control systems.
HMI/ PLC/ Servo/ VFD programming/wiring experience.
