Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
Job Information Branch Banking – Full‑time position. Primary location: Texas – Houston. Work locations: TX – Elmsworth Walmart‑0132.
Qualifications
1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience (or equivalent directly related college education or volunteer service).
Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
Positive and engaging attitude.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Formal Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Status
Full‑time.
Supervisory Responsibility
No.
Travel
Little to no overnight travel expected. May cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch for occasional business needs.
Working Conditions
Stand most of the time; walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
