Apartment Maintenance Supervisor | MAA Runaway Bay

Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance team to ensure repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
Maintain an adequate supply of market‑ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
Ensure property appearance meets or exceeds MAA standards.
Assist with hiring, training, and development of maintenance staff, including painters and landscaping personnel.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, mechanical repair, or equivalent education and experience.
HVAC experience required.
EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
For Florida locations, CAMT license required at hire or by next professional examination.
Valid state driver’s license required.
1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
