Gorman & Company is hiring a Leasing Specialist to join our team supporting the Gund Brewery Lofts, Grand River Station, and GRS Homes communities in La Crosse. This part‑time role (15‑20 hours per week) is perfect for a people person who loves creating positive experiences and thrives in a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Help prospective residents find their perfect home by showcasing our community and guiding them through the leasing process
Build strong relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and market surveys to keep our property competitive
Ensure curb appeal and office presentation reflect our high standards
Support property management with administrative tasks and step in during emergencies when needed
What You’ll Bring
Customer service experience and a passion for helping people
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance
