Responsibilities
Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Support a team of Account Managers and answer customer inquiries.
Process service requests and coordinate renewal paperwork.
Obtain and review new and existing client applications.
Prepare and submit customer requests such as endorsements, certificates, and loss runs.
Support the renewal process by gathering forms and obtaining missing information.
Assist customers with basic policy questions.
Send coverage updates and follow up to ensure forms are returned.
Prepare and mail follow-up letters to customers.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
General understanding of commercial property and casualty coverages and rating preferred.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar.
Professional communication skills with internal and external clients.
