The 9‑week Banking Navigator training program will provide hands‑on guidance, virtual facilitation, self‑paced e‑learning, on‑the‑job training, and skill application exercises. Upon graduation, you’ll be fully prepared to thrive as a Personal Banker—knowledgeable, confident, and committed to delivering best‑in‑class service.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client experience and build, expand, and retain long‑term client relationships.
Resolve moderate to complex client problems while ensuring the highest level of client experience and satisfaction; own and lead efforts to solve client problems and service breaks, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate.
Perform teller transactions (cash checks, process withdrawals, balances, etc.) while seeking opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Ensure individual and team ownership of the BOKF brand experience, exercising sound judgment and empowerment in exception scenarios while balancing long‑term effect to BOKF and the client.
Participate in professional development through training, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales, and client‑relations skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years of sales or customer‑service experience; college degree is a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience.
In‑depth knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
Strong knowledge of bank retail sales operations and/or contact center operations (phone, email, chat support).
Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations (Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, BSA, HMDA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and basic math skills.
Strong PC application skills (word processing, spreadsheets) and ability to learn internal systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast‑paced environment.
