Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Do you enjoy finding collaborative solutions for customers and colleagues? Are you constantly learning and expanding your insurance industry knowledge? Join ReSource Pro as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book of business. The role involves renewing existing policies, binding new leads, and rounding out accounts to increase overall revenue, while building strong relationships with insureds and training junior team members.

In This Role, You Will

Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients

Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks

Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement

Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients

Research, provide recommendations, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients

Work with a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks

Lead day‑to‑day customer interactions

Use subject‑matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues

Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions

Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to internal team goals

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience

3‑7 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience in a retail agency or service center

Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required

Located in the Pacific time zone to accommodate client schedules

Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel required

Experience working in Agency Management Systems required

Industry designations preferred (e.g., CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM)

Ability to adapt and succeed within a team‑oriented environment

Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills

Your Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. The salary range for this remote position is

$53,779 - $91,291 annually , which may vary based on geographic location. Compensation is also supported by annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro.
