Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background and computer skills. The day-to-day duties of this role include scheduling service appointments, respond quickly to customer phone calls, and confirm scheduled appointments. About the Company

Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs. Write repair orders and communicate service options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate and timely updates on vehicle status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and service history. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships. Assist in managing service appointments and workload to optimize workflow. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and service department profitability. Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment. Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request. Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries. Advise maintenance recommendations. Confirm scheduled and missed appointments. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in automotive service advising or a customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient with computer systems and software related to service departments. A passion for cars and automotive service is highly desirable. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual‑screen experience). Strong customer service background. Punctual, reliable and eager to improve. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Benefits
