Greet customers with professionalism, hospitality, and respect Clearly explain service recommendations and repair solutions Manage repair orders and workflow efficiently Sell services honestly and effectively Communicate with customers in person and by phone in a clear, professional manner Build strong, long-term customer relationships Coordinate shuttle service for customers when needed Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Support teammates and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Previous experience in an automotive dealership service department preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK a plus) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen What We Offer: Competitive compensation.
