Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and calmly explaining why a “quick noise” might take a little longer than expected? Perfect. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers, schedules, and repair orders—with a sense of humor.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers like you’re genuinely glad they showed up
Translate "car noises" into actionable service recommendations
Keep customers informed while using plain English
Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines
Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic
Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile)
Automotive or service experience is a plus, but people skills matter most
A sense of humor—you’ll need it, and so will the customers
Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities)
