Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you will own our customers’ experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.

Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger and reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee occasionally is required to sit.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.

Test driving customers’ vehicles

Work Environment

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
