Hilb Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This in‑office position reports to our agency located in Moulton, AL.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account manager for existing client accounts within the agency.
Maintain customer accounts in the agency automation system and document all conversations.
Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
Assist clients in submitting initial claim reports, facilitate response from carrier staff, and follow up on claim status.
Review coverages for opportunities to round out accounts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines and must be licensed in Property & Casualty.
Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing quality customer service.
