Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulations Provide strategic proposal support and manage subcontract negotiations, including NDAs and teaming agreements Oversee subcontract award processes and post-award management activities, including risk identification and issue resolution Collaborate with various functional areas to complete necessary activities for assigned portfolios Review compliance and coach junior staff on policies, procedures, and best practices What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience Must be a U.S. Citizen Experience in awarding and managing subcontracts within a government-approved purchasing system Intermediate knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects and effectively resolve subcontract management issues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Experience with automated purchasing systems, preferably Deltek Costpoint and iValua Proven track record of independently leading subcontracts in proposal efforts Ability to build strong supplier relationships for future issue resolution Experience managing a variety of subcontract types and interfacing with internal customers #Defense #NationalSecurity #SubcontractManagement #CareerOpportunity #InnovativeSolutions We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
