About the Role The Executive Business Partner (EBP) in our Venice office supports the executive suite through strategic calendar management, project coordination, clear communication, and proactive organization. They are also responsible for coordinating all travel, demonstrating an acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate has expertise in directly serving executive‑level leadership, a strong sense of discretion, and good independent judgment.

What You’ll Do Executive Support & Calendar Management

Manage complex calendars for Legal and Product officers, prioritizing strategic meetings and ensuring alignment across leadership

Coordinate all travel logistics with particular attention to litigation schedules and product team commitments

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust to support both executives’ competing priorities

Legal & Contract Administration

Process and track NDAs, contracts, and vendor agreements from execution through storage

Build and maintain organized contract‑management systems for easy retrieval and tracking

Coordinate invoicing and billing workflows in partnership with Finance

Support planning and logistics for legal team offsites as the team scales

Product Team Operations

Plan and execute product team off‑sites, summits, and strategic planning sessions

Ensure meeting readiness by tracking pre‑work completion and agenda preparation for design reviews, PM syncs, and leadership sessions

Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and manage follow‑up accountability for product initiatives

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Serve as a central coordination point between Legal, Product, and other leadership teams

Translate executive priorities into actionable workflows and track progress on key initiatives

Support internal communications by drafting updates and announcements on behalf of leadership

Office Support

Partner with SF Office Manager to coordinate LA‑based team bonding and office needs

Facilitate bi‑coastal collaboration and culture initiatives

What You’ll Need

3‑5 years of experience directly serving executive‑level leadership

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field

Extensive experience with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Ability to think on your feet, be independently resourceful, and thrive in grey areas

Deep understanding of executive operations of the tech industry

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute on complex projects

Background in travel coordination and building relationships with hotels & venues

Sharp attention to detail

Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion

Additional Notes

Must be eligible to work in the US

Must be able to work 5 days per week at our Venice office
