Customer Service Specialist - GreenUp, Tampa, FL
Pay Range : $15.00‑$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule services.
Welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
Make high volume outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
Perform daily reporting and update customer account information.
Assist with accounts payable, human resource paperwork, payroll processing, and other related tasks as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
Previous experience with customer service over the phone.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent computer, typing, and 10‑key skills.
Time‑management skills and a sense of urgency.
Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
