Benefits Account Manager – Conroe/The Woodlands
Join Dean & Draper as a Benefits Account Manager in the Conroe/The Woodlands area. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to provide top‑tier service and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in servicing employee benefits accounts, including health, dental, vision, life, disability and worksite insurance plans
Manage day‑to‑day client communication, responding promptly to inquiries and providing solutions to benefit‑related questions
Support the renewal process by preparing proposals, conducting market analyses, and coordinating with insurance carriers
Assist with open enrollment activities, including material preparation, employee communications, and enrollment meetings
Maintain accurate and organized client records in our agency management system
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines related to employee benefits
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance the overall client experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of employee benefits experience, with a current Life & Health license in Texas; candidates relocating to Texas with a license from another US state will be considered
Assertive self‑starter with strong presentation skills through both verbal and written communications
Proficiency in using computers, agency management systems and various software programs including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Other Requirements
High school or equivalent diploma
Applied Epic experience is a plus
