Overview A Senior Strategist is a key member of the cross‑functional agency team, collaborating with client leadership, creative, and commerce media and activation teams to develop strategic creative solutions, mining for insights that inspire the team and serve as a springboard for activation ideas and plans. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in‑office each week. Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day strategic contributions on their account(s), serving as an expert on clients' categories, brands and audiences
Translate category, consumer, and cultural knowledge into strategic intelligence
Identify a problem or opportunity and possible solutions to drive innovative and successful work
Effectively leverage primary and secondary research sources to inform and inspire strategic deliverables such as creative briefs
Participate in creative brainstorms and provide strategic guidance on creative development
Present strategy deliverables to internal and client teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
5–7 years work experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital. CPG and/or retail experience a plus.
Knowledge of secondary research data sources; ability to navigate and extract baseline insights
Working understanding of omnichannel marketing tactics
Strong writing skills
Create aesthetically‑pleasing, impactful presentations
Enthusiastic participant in brainstorming; generates activation ideas and tactics
Quickly master the agency’s processes and products
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Compensation Range Compensation Range: $79,990 – $109,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
