Principal Consultant, Roofing and Exterior Restoration Contracting Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Senior Foreman
to lead and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, proven leadership skills, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on-site.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide installation and repair work.
Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project milestones.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in low-slope and metal roofing systems.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Manufacturer training certifications (preferred).
