The

Business Development Representative (BDR)

is a core part of FJDynamics’ North American Sales department. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and fueling the growth of our regional territory managers. Your primary focus will be introducing FJD’s autonomous solutions to sports facilities, agricultural leaders, and large-scale landscaping organizations across the United States. The BDR is critical to our market penetration, acting as the first point of contact for future partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to qualify leads and secure high-value product demonstrations. What You’ll Do

Pipeline Generation:

Proactively identify and qualify leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the field sales team. Outbound Excellence:

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including 50+ cold calls and personalized email outreach daily. Lead Management:

Diligently follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to maximize conversion rates. CRM Mastery:
