Position Overview The Installation Director will lead and manage all aspects of installation and enhancement operations for Galbraith Grounds Management. This role is responsible for overseeing installation teams, coordinating procurement and scheduling, and working with the enhancement manager to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage installation teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
Develop and maintain installation and enhancement schedules to meet client deadlines and project goals.
Coordinate procurement timelines to ensure materials and equipment are available for scheduled work.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and timeliness.
Implement best practices for workflow optimization and resource allocation.
Work closely with project managers, procurement specialists, and client services teams to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status and expectations.
Manage budgets for installations and enhancements, ensuring cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in installation, construction, or enhancement project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and scheduling systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in landscape enhancements or similar industry.
Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools, with expertise in Aspire (required).
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
