What You'll Be Doing: You'll help run mining operations and equipment like:
Crushers, screens, and wash plants
Loaders, haul trucks, water trucks, dozers, and more
Keep the site clean, safe, and running smoothly
Help with inspections, maintenance, welding, and general labor
Work in outdoor conditions with early starts and occasional weekends
Job Location: This is a portable operation - you'll move between work sites around Southern WI.
What You’ll Need:
A valid driver’s license and good driving record
High school diploma or GED preferred
3-5+ years of relevant mining experience
Reliable, on‑time, and comfortable working outdoors
Willingness to join the union (don't worry, we'll help with that!)
