Responsibilities Land & Title Management
Interpret and analyze land titles and mineral ownership records, and oil & gas lease agreements.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and contractual obligations.
Division Order Verification
Review and validate division orders for accuracy and proper ownership allocation.
Financial Operations
Analyze and process Joint Interest Billing (JIB) statements.
Manage revenue processing, including verification of timely and accurate payments.
Identify and recover suspended revenue to maximize asset value.
Asset Lifecycle Management
Oversee asset setup, takedown, and distribution processes.
Support operational and management projects related to oil & gas assets.
Risk & Compliance Monitoring
Track oil & gas company bankruptcies and assess potential impacts.
Monitor and manage ad valorem tax obligations.
Cross‑Functional Expertise
Be cross‑trained in work processes for both management and operations to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Prepare and review detailed account reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Oil & Gas Land Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented.
