The Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for leading a team and representing the stakeholders interests. It involves making strategic decisions on the direction that the organization's IAM products will take, defining a roadmap and overseeing the development and deployment of solutions.
This position will require someone with a strong understanding of IAM frameworks and experience in long term strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of strategy for IAM products
Develop identity governance framework to secure and standardize identity and access management
Collaborates with IT and business leaders on roadmap development, ensuring alignment of goals
Works hand in hand with the Lead Security Architects
Operations and Lead IAM Engineering and User experience
Ensure the successful delivery of new developments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of IAM products
Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the IAM teams
Manage and report on performance of IAM teams; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these
Requirements
Solid understanding of enterprise IAM capabilities including Access Provisioning, and Access Governance.
Deep understanding of Identity Access Governance solutions.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions (SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, Saviynt, Ping, Entra ID etc.)
5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams with 20+ team members.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in identity and access management
