The Human Resources Manager partners with the Director of Human Resources and operational managers on key initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance. The Manager will execute the strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, and support staffing, engagement, training, compliance, employee relations, benefits, talent development, and operational knowledge. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute the HR strategy and full cycle staffing, including posting, interview scheduling, pre‑employment checks, offer letters, and onboarding. Lead employee engagement activities on game day and in day‑to‑day operations. Support training and development for managers and hourly employees. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with operations and management to implement HR strategies, processes, and practices. Provide purposeful coaching and feedback to all levels of employees. Ensure compliance with all governmental and labor reporting requirements and maintain documentation for state and federal laws. Lead employee relations functions, investigations, and grievance resolution. Partner in processing workers’ compensation claims, leaves, benefits administration, and talent development initiatives. Demonstrate thought leadership in HR business decisions and demonstrate a commitment to delivering customer and client service. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (required). SHRM‑CP or PHR (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). 5+ years of varied human resources experience. 2+ years of people supervisory experience. Working knowledge of state labor law including worker’s compensation, workplace safety, EEOC, NLRB, and FLSA. Experience in a unionized environment (Local 100, Local 153, 32BJ) preferred. Superior computer skills with HRIS and ATS experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence with all levels of employees and customers. Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hospitality experience (preferred). COMPENSATION
Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan. WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: On Site – Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY. Physical demands include extended hours and the ability to perform essential duties in a fast‑paced environment.
