As the

Aerospace Commercial Transparencies Strategic Account Manager

you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, focusing on adding value and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. This role is critical to achieving alignment between the company and its most important clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing complex global accounts. In this role you will need to be a strategic thinker with a strong background in customer engagement, leadership skills, and specific product knowledge around aerospace transparencies.

This role works a hybrid Schedule with three days a week on site at our facility in Sylmar, CA and two days a week remotely. This role will report to the Global business Director Commercial Transparencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies aligned with company objectives, including pricing and opportunity pipeline initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across global organizations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing contracts, presentations, and customer communications.

Drive performance to KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings, contributing to demand forecasts and budget planning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations, and finance to meet customer needs.

Support customer engagement activities, including trade shows, seminars, training, and events.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing quotations and value proposals based on customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience. Aerospace specific industry experience strongly preferred.

Five (5) or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role.

Five (5) or more years of experience developing and implementing successful account management strategies in a global industry.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support global customers.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. All offer amounts are dictated by length/breadth of applicable experience and current departmental pay equity.
