You’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of Salt Security’s largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. You will serve as the executive-level point of contact for CISOs and security leaders, partnering cross-functionally to ensure our customers realize the full value of their investment and expand their engagement with Salt’s API Security Platform. This is a critical role for customer retention and expansion and will require a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and deep customer empathy. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Western U.S., focused on retention, expansion, and multi-year renewals Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders, especially CISOs and security architects Drive strategic account planning and execution with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to maximize value realization and platform adoption Forecast and report on customer health, renewal status, and expansion opportunities with precision and clarity Serve as the customer advocate internally, orchestrating resolution of risks and opportunities by aligning internal teams Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic briefings to customer executives and boards as needed Contribute to the development of regional partner and channel strategies to support expansion in key accounts Exceed quarterly and annual retention and expansion targets Have 5+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships in cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure software Have deep knowledge of complex sales motions, executive-level engagement, and enterprise procurement cycles Understand the unique needs of security buyers and how to engage with technical and business audiences alike Are highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Have a proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong forecasting and reporting acumen Excel at aligning internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success Bonus: Experience working with or selling to API, AppSec, or Cloud Security teams Why Salt
