Charlotte, North Carolina .
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small‑to‑mid size
generalist book
of business, servicing both new and renewal clients from start to finish
Work closely with the assigned Sales Producer to meet client needs and achieve sales goals
Handle all client service tasks including policy changes, renewals, certificates, and communication with carriers
Requirements
Valid North Carolina P&C license
Minimum 2 years
of Commercial Lines insurance experience
Prior experience with
Applied EPIC
is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
