Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the eCommerce sales channel, including product launch planning, pricing optimization, and growth strategies

Work with software, operations, engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams to roadmap and execute improvements to product operations infrastructure, customer experiences, and new product introduction

Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and create and implement marketing strategies based on the sales data to grow eCommerce specific KPIs

Collaborate with operations team to maintain appropriate inventory levels and meet demand

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns to engage new customers and retain existing ones

Design and run strategies to test new growth methods (e.g., pricing models, payment methods, partnerships) and implement insights into scalable programs

Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the full customer lifecycle from order flow to delivery

Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to continuously improve customer experiences to drive growth and retention

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 5+ years of professional experience

2+ years of consulting or project management experience, OR 2+ years in a customer-facing role

Knowledge or experience in eCommerce, go-to-market planning, or sales operations

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines and resource constraints

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go beyond the apparent answers to uncover root causes and solutions

Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives

Distinctive business judgment and communication skills

Strong ability to prioritize the most impactful actions for the organization, even in ambiguous situations

Preferred

Industry experience in water treatment technology, consumer products, or maritime is a plus
