Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering or Sciences with specialization in Statistics, operations management, or industrial engineering, Parts Supply Chain Planning, BOM, catalog building, analytics and automation, pricing.
Experience in service parts supply chain; planning, inventory optimization, warehouse management solutions in manufacturing.
Experience in outcome‑centric models preferred.
Knowledge of various enterprise systems, SPM, SPP, SBOM, parts catalog, warehousing systems and PIM.
Provide leadership to the team that implements the developed solution.
Knowledge/Expertise in servitization, field service management, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, contracts, service BOM, MRO, service analytics, depot repair, warranty, service/aftermarket parts, AR/VR, IoT and service system integration preferred.
Advise leading global manufacturing clients (industrial, aerospace, automotive) on service parts planning (demand, supply, inventory and distribution requirement planning), smart warehousing, SBOM, parts catalog, supply‑chain cost optimization, inventory reduction, supplier collaboration, network modelling and IT product evaluation.
Work in consulting assignments at various client locations. Own work‑streams within a large assignment. Lead consulting assignments.
Collaborate & liaise with site/regional supply‑chain teams in analysis and designing of service parts supply‑chain planning requirements while working with cross‑functional teams from integration and ERP to implement end‑to‑end solution.
Support solution development on key technologies (PTC SPM, Inservice, Servigistics, Windchill SIM; Syncron, Baxter Planning, Kinaxis, Blueyonder, O9, JDA, Manhattan WMS; SAP SPP, EWM, Oracle, PIM) by giving the domain inputs to IT teams. Supporting Service Max, Zinier, IFS, ServiceNow would be an advantage.
Support practice building through thought leadership, go‑to‑market assets, solution accelerators & frameworks.
Work on pre‑sales activities for identifying and converting business consulting and IT implementation opportunities.
Consulting and implementing projects.
Identify opportunities through business connections with clients and relationships in the TCS ecosystem.
Contribute and own RFP responses.
Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.
Build connections with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key industry forums and publish thought leadership articles.
Base Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000 per annum
