Department Customer Relations
Position Summary We’re looking for an Account Management/Program Coordinator to champion customer needs while coordinating strategic programs that enhance value, streamline processes, and strengthen our market impact.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their goals and providing proactive support.
Anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities or issues, and recommend solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to improve the customer experience.
Leverage customer insights and benchmark data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize product usage.
Engage in customer visits, events, or trade shows as needed to strengthen partnerships.
Lead the planning, execution, and compliance of assigned programs, including managing timelines, deliverables, and program documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program details, inquiries, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
Process orders and ensure alignment with program requirements and customer expectations.
Track program performance and provide updates or reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Three to five years of relevant experience or training in customer service, customer experience, customer success, or a related field (required)
