Landscape Crew & Drivers – ALM Commercial Landscaping
ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients. Our Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen. These positions are full‑time, benefit‑eligible, and paid weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long‑term career, and we are ready to invest in their growth.
Responsibilities
Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
Hand pulling weeds
Picking up trash and yard debris
Operating a backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
Drivers Only – Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
Other responsibilities as directed
Qualifications
1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is required
Bilingual – Spanish/English is ideal
Must be at least 18 years of age
Drivers Only – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 years of age
Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
