Required Skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in underwriting software and MS Office Suite
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with data analysis or modeling tools
Familiarity with automated underwriting systems
Previous experience in commercial or personal insurance underwriting
Strong negotiation skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in underwriting or risk assessment
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
