Personal Lines Account Manager
Role at R&R Wealth Management, LLC.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of about 350–450 personal lines accounts, delivering service that feels personal, proactive, and effortless.
Be the client’s trusted guide: answer coverage questions, review policies, and spot opportunities to improve protection before clients even ask.
Handle renewals like a pro: negotiate with carriers, craft clear and compelling proposals, and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
Grow the relationship: quote new lines of coverage, identify coverage gaps, and cross‑sell when it truly benefits the client.
Keep everything running smoothly: process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Build bridges: work closely with carrier partners, underwriters, and marketing reps to deliver the best outcomes.
Lift others up: share your expertise and mentor newer teammates because when one of us wins, we all win.
Stay organized and dependable: communicate clearly, follow through on every commitment, and always deliver with care.
Qualifications
Active property & casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
3–4+ years in personal lines insurance with direct client service responsibilities; independent agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning insurance management systems such as AMS360.
Clear, professional communication both written and verbal with strong listening skills and a genuine, service‑oriented tone.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
Confidence to handle most client needs independently and resourcefulness to find answers when needed.
Collaborative mindset that supports colleagues and contributes to shared client success.

High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
