100% In-office
Pay:
$26/hr
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and validate loan documents
Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
Assign and distribute work loads
Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least two years of experience in Mortgage Loan Closing
Encompass experience is a plus
Knowledge and experience with commercial lending, as well as FHA, VA, and consumer loans is a plus
Schedule Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX 75010
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
