Beaver Creek Apartments, 126 units, Beaverton, OR.
Overview We seek a full‑time Resident Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy apartment community. The role involves resident engagement, leasing activities, staff supervision, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, provide property information, and engage in leasing activities.
Explain rental agreements and move‑in packages with attention to detail.
Enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Yardi & Tenant Tech.
Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise office and maintenance staff and enforce company policies and procedures.
Coordinate the work schedule and support the team’s workflow.
Qualifications
6+ years of multifamily housing industry experience.
4+ years as a prior Resident Manager.
Excellent customer service and leasing skills.
Intermediate computer proficiency; Yardi (3+ years) and Tenant Tech (1+ year) experience required.
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and leadership abilities.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of fair housing laws necessary.
Work Schedule Total hours: 39.5 hrs/week. Sunday – Thursday schedule with Friday & Saturday off. Sunday 9am–5pm; Monday‑Thursday 9am–6pm.
Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary: $5,500 – $6,250 (DOE) + commissions.
Benefits include paid medical insurance (full premium paid), optional dental insurance, six paid holidays per year, sick & vacation time, 401(k) with employer match up to 4%, Immediate vesting, employer‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability, and group life insurance with accidental death coverage.
