Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing Established company is seeking an Investment Counselor Portfolio Manager on a direct hire basis in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually DOE.

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse book of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients’ objectives, risk profiles, and long-term financial plans.

Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, market analysis, and performance assessments.

Recommend asset allocation strategies based on fundamental analysis and investment best practices.

Provide proactive investment guidance and education to clients.

Monitor economic trends, regulatory changes, and global market activity to inform client strategies.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Deliver exceptional service through regular communication, review meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

Develop deep trust by understanding clients’ evolving goals and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Business Development & Growth

Identify and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement.

Participate in firm‑led marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals, financial roadmaps, and portfolio strategies for prospective clients.

Achieve growth targets by expanding your book of business and contributing to the firm’s overall expansion.

Qualifications

7‑10 years of experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with the ability to develop and manage client relationships.

Proven track record of both managing client investment portfolios and developing new business.

Strong understanding of investment strategies, asset allocation, and financial planning concepts.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and inspire client confidence.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for relationship‑driven work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Orion Advisor Services, and document management software.
